My name is Ryan Terry and I am an Artist and Chocolatier.
From an early age I have always been around chocolate. My mother worked for more than 20 years
at a national confectioner and I too started working there as a teenager.
After a variety of jobs, I started my own business as a miniaturist, making small oil paintings for
Dolls House enthusiasts and collectors of miniatura. Eventually I expanded my minaiture repertoire
to include hand made books, furniture, art deco mirrors and figurines.
After 5 years in the miniature business I decided to turn my twin passions for Art and Chocolate
into a new venture.
Just like making miniatures, I have discovered that making bespoke chocolates is just as fun and addictive
to do, if some what a lot more messy!
